LFS258 - new version now available (v1.13.1)

A new course version of LFS258 went live today. The updates include:

• Lab exercises and course resources have been updated to work with Kubernetes v1.13.1
• A new lab was added in Chapter 12
• Course content also received updates (such as replacing Heapster discussions with Metrics Server)
• Typos and issues flagged in the forum were corrected.
