loop when trying to launch lab environment

Hi, when trying to launch the lab it stay asking my email and click "I am not robot" and does not start the lab. I did a video to show the problem. Please your help to solve it. Br, Alaerte

Have you completed the Google Form to provide your email address in order to obtain access to the lab environment? If not, please complete this form. If you already completed the form, but took a longer break from the course, this behavior can be encountered, but should be resolved once you provide the email address you put on the form.
