Which Ubuntu VM version is suggested 16.04 or 18.04

Hallo,
Which ubuntu VM version is suggested to setup Kube cluster 16.04 or 18.04.
I have 18.04 VMs but the lab doc suggests support for 16.04

Hello,

The VMs are using Ubuntu 16.04 as the Kubernetes repo for bionic has yet to be created. It is in process and is expected any day. When the repo is created the course update process to running on Ubuntu 18.04 will begin.
