do LFD232 lab exercise using micro-clound-foundry runs on Mac/Windows/Linux Ubuntu desktop ?

I run into swisscom login issue after switch to another cell # cannot restore login using new cell#, swisscom says to contact passeport but passeport cannot find my login. tried create new swisscom acct with alt email fails as I am in US not in switzerland. recently I found https://www.cloudfoundry.org/blog/we-shrunk-the-cloud-introducing-micro-cloud-foundry-for-developers/ wonder if I can do LFD232 lab exercises there. I took certification test in June but failed without doing labs. Also where I can download lab exercises after get Micro CF up and running ?
