Lab 04: Getting Started - Remember to reset keys after removing the old keys

I'm a very literal guy so this confused me:

Lab04
Getting Started

First delete keys
cd ~/fabric-fundamentals/Lab04
./99_remove_keys.sh

but there is not script in Lab04 to start the CA servers so ./23_enroll_admins.sh fails

I went back to Lab03. This maybe apparent to most folks but it got me

I found both Lab03 and Lab04 informative and the repetition was good.

We can also add a "soft link" there so that ./23... .sh will be accessible.
