Dual boot issue

I am having an issue that maybe could be solved here. Currently I have Windows 8.1 and Linux Mint setup as a dual boot. When I boot into windows and then shutdown my computer, about 5-10m later it will automatically startup and boot into Mint. Any idea of why this could be? Do I somehow need to change a GRUB setting? Thanks so much
