IDE HDD set up

Hi all, please help.

Im installing Fedora 19 however on 2 of the cpu I set up both running IDE hhd, how ever whether I use DVD or usb to install i cant win.

I will select Start fedora live and then thats it the screen turns blank, i can stand on my head it wont continue. Just a blank screen.

But on a cpu with desk top and laptop with SATA hdd it runs and installs, what can I do to get it installed on a IDE drive?
