How to store data of all pages in an application

I'm working on a library which will be used by other application to store their page data at any given time. Say the library has a "store" function which will be called by the application and this store function will save all the pages of the application to persistent memory. The problem is, I don't know how to access all the pages and data that are being used by the application. Can I have some suggestion from the experts?
