fedora server and client running on VM

Hi All

I installed fedora 16 on virtual box.

I have to install and configure an NFS Server.

I also have to in stall another fedora as a NFS client for the server, Test the connection.

Any help would be great or good tutorial I could follow to get a better understanding.
