Vmware player

What I have is just a service manual for my car it come with vmware player most of files on the disk are .Bin such as setup1.bin setup2.bin and so on, the manual it self will install with wine but it want vmware player but it crash when I try to install it with wine, there is a IBM OS 2 logo pic in the files so there could be OS 2 files in it.

I also have the linux vmware player but it want a window disk, now I trying to re install the manual with wine if this don't work then what ?

It sounds like the manual requires a windows based virtual machine, not that it is a vmware virtual machine. If you cannot get it to work in dosbox or wine then you have no choice but to extract it in a windows machine or windows virtual machine.
