Multipathing

Hi All.

I need to configure multipathing on RHEL 4 AS (64 bit).

There is so many Lun has assign by storage team, and i have created simple partition for each LUN,but it become so confusing after reboot, because single disk shows multiple path and some time we are unable to identify the disk.

Please help on this.
