how to hyperlink signature

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but how can I put a hyperlink to my blog in my signature?

If you click on your name (upper right of the screen, where it say's "Hi Tomas") it will bring you to your profile. Click the "Edit Profile" button above your avatar and add it to your signature.
