    Hello Gary. I am Senior Systems/Performance Engineer for a tier one mobile phone manufacturer. I've been using Linux for over 10 years, and Unix systems since the early 80's. Welcome to the Linux.com forums, now part of The Linux Foundation (Linus Torvalds employer). FWIW, my employer uses Linux systems exclusively in our mobile browser data centers (a number of them all over the world).

    In case you are interested, my avatar picture is a photo I took of Mount Orizaba in Veracruz, Mexico. It is the second highest peak in North America, after Mt. McKinley in Alaska, at about 19000 ft (6000+ meters).
