Job with Linux

Is there anyway to start a job in Linux.

Bottom of the barrel....anything without knowing much about it?

I'm going to start learning from a DVD set I ordered here real soon, but I was just curious if there is such a job.

I am eager to learn it and feel the best way is to work with it constantly.

Thanks for all your help everyone

I doubt that. Ya know, you usually get a job for the knowledge you already have. Unless the company is willing to carry with the expenses of your training...

Maybe you can start as an "apprentice" some way?

You'll have to keep looking for oportunities!

A general recommendation that I give people is to volunteer your time to a non-profit or school system as a net admin to get experience, that experience can be listed on your resume to help you obtain the jobs you want.

You can get a job in linux. Be willing to learn as much as you can.

Take Matt's advice and also get licensed.
