i am new to the world of linux. where i can have ubuntu software.

can i download it from any site?

have i to order and take c d by post?

if where can i have it? how much it cost?

please help....

    1,2. Mike gave you the link for the ubuntu disk image or the option to order an installation disk.
    3,4. It is open source and available at no cost, it does not require activation or registration so you can use it on any computer.

    You do not have to buy software for ubuntu, it's free. Once you have ubuntu installed you can download and install software using install applications provided by ubuntu. B)
