Gnome-panel make setting in xml, help!

Hey I can make my setting with hands in xml, but I would to do this quick!

Ok, file of settings found this:

/usr/share/gconf/schemas/panel-toplevel.schemas and others configs in /usr/share/gconf/schemas/panel-*.schemas

So I reconfigure this because I want that in my system, every new user was been created with this settings. Please help!!! Thank in advance!
