Share some iptables configuration options

Everyone likes to think that their firewalls are perfect, but there is always room for improvement.

I would like people to share some useful iptables configuration options that you use and explain their functionality. The sharing of this information can be used to teach others about functions that they may not be aware of and it will help to community by showing just how shared/open information increases security.

I will post some of my options and functions later tonight after I sort through my large modular script.
