some troubles with intel GMA 950

Sorry for my English. It is not my native language.

I've got PC based on D945GCLF2 - motherboard (intel, atom 330, GMA 950). There are VGA and S-Video videoout. OS - Ubuntu 9.04 with current update.

I want connect my PC to my TV (old LG box with composite video-in, RCA). I've used connection cable (s-video->composite).

But there are blinking picture (like sync freq is out). I've tried diferent options in xorg.conf but nothing changes...

Please help. What should I do?
