Cannot access terminals on Labs 3.1 & 3.2

This is a similar issue to the unable to access Horizon problem.

I am using Chrome 62.0.3202.89 (Official Build) (64-bit) on Windows 10 Pro 1709

When attempting to start the Lab sessions for 3.1 and 3.2, the status DOES change to Ready, however I either get a frame with 'Loading...' in it or I get the terminal icon in the frame but clicking on it doesn't provide the terminal.

I have tried restarting the labs, updating Chrome to this version, and clearing Chrome's cache and restarting the browser, yet the terminal is not displayed and as such I can't work the labs.

Comments

  • OK, I retried this as Chrome had updated (62.0.3202.94) and the terminals on lab 2 and 3.1 let me access them.
