good, recent books on beginning linux administration?

Hi All,

I'm new to this forum and although I've been using Linux at home for years I've never really gotten under the hood.

Do any of you know of any good, newish, books on Linux administration? I'd like to learn something about the file systems and command line usage as well. Oh, and the shells.

Not asking for much am I
