Can't Install Linuxmint on my HP laptop

Hello Everyone!



I've been trying to install Linuxmint on my new HP ENVY Touchsmart 360x U110DX with MS Win 10 (Dual Boot) for months, but with no luck. I'm badly stuck.

I made a Live USB with Linuxmint 18. And when I boot from this drive, it gets stuck after the grub menu of Linuxmint. And it only show a black screen. 

Caps lock light and brightness buttons also don't work. 

I asked for help from the manufacturers community forums and one guy tried to help. here is the link.
