Waring: Journal has been rotated since unit was started in all demon logs.

Hello.

I find this warning in all logs when I check status - httpd, mariadb, openvpn etc..

Warning: Journal has been rotated since unit was started. Log output is incomplete or unavailable.

No other warnings or errors all logs looks normal.

Anybody can help me to fix this?

This is an interesting case. From what I was able to read, the journald associated with your server rotated out old log files to make room for new one. This could be the case of log files started to take up diskspace. To keep this from happening, your system had to remove the old. Your logs look good probably means every is ok. The system was just notifying you of what happened.
