problem install openvas centos 6.7

My sever was behind the proxy server

I want to installing openvas mean time I done script

When is sync I can't camunicate

And got error

From that moment of rulls proxyand firewall hasn't any problem

I set proxy to this command. RSYNC_PROXY=user:password@ipproxy:portproxy
