Linux motherboard ethernet problem!!

I got a linux(kernel 2.4.36) image and restored image on another pc ...(on new pc)I have an intel ethernet card and two eth port on motherboard..I see intel nic eth port as eth0 with command ifconfig..it is good and it is working...but there is no eth port on motherboard when I command ifconfig only nic eth0 appears...eth on motherboard not working..I dont know what problem is...
with lspci; ethernet controller intel nic appears..motherboard two eth controllers don't appear.
