Open zip remotely

Is there a command to open a zip which is stored on the internet? Note that I don't want to dl the entire zip, just a specific file in the zip. Say the file is stored at www.random.com/foo.zip. How can I get thing.exe out without saving the entire foo.zip to hard drive? Thanks in advance.

You can use the scripts at http://www.commandlinefu.com/commands/view/353/extract-tarball-from-internet-without-local-saving as a starting point, basically you use wget to get the file then pipe the file to unzip with your chosen modifiers to get the specific files you want.
This will cause the entire archive to be downloaded, but the entire archive will not be stored on disk.0 -

It won't be in the hard disk but in memory. You still would need to download it though (and I guess that what you want to avoid...)
