RHEL 5.4 kernel panic question

Hi all, apologies if I'm placing this in the wrong forum. I recently saw a kernel panic on one of our servers and am at a loss to figure out what the cause was. The attached image shows the kernel panic; the kernel is 2.6.18-164.15.1.el5. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

It looks like a file system problem. The kjournald daemon handles problems with ext3 file system failures and/or crashes. This is "not good" in any case. What is causing this is possibly difficult to determine. Run fsck on the file systems before restarting the server to be sure they are still functional.
