You do realize, the way you wrote that question, that you were asking how to install possible malware anonymously from a Linux to a Windows computer. Would you like to explain your problem a little bit more?

It does sounds like you are looking to setup a hack, but when dealing with network based support the password can become painful. Password-less administration can be performed via ssh, nc or timbuktu. But to setup these methods you will need to have physical access to the systems as the admin to install and setup the utilities. Aside from that I do not know how to install an app in windows from the command line, so a gui based app will most likely be necessary.
