CKA Exam no results yet (8+ days already)

Hi Team, On 29th July 2026 I have given my CKA exam and still the results are not out. I have raised a support case and i got only one response in all 8 days that "results are under review in compliance with 4.5 of the Linux Foundation Global Certification and Confidentiality agreement" and thats it no response to the follow ups and nothing is happening. THis is very disspointing that the Linux foundation is very huge and there is no timeline/KPI's defined on the responses users get from the support team. There is no ETA also even asking for many times. I request linux foundation to have some defined timeline on the support ticket response and resolution timelines. And please help me to my results asap.

    Hi @pavan98723,

    We can understand your frustration, but please be patient. Based on what you have said in your post, Customer Support has notified you that your ticket is under review and they will respond once your ticket has a resolution. As each case is unique, resolution timelines vary.

    These forums are not monitored by that team and we cannot expedite that process. Thank you for your continued patience.
