no update on CKS exam after 4 days

I have given CKS exam at 13th of June 2026 but after 4 days still don't see exam result.
I have raised support ticket TCCS-177185 but there also the ticket is 'waiting for support'.
Why there is so much delay and how to proceed further?

Response time may take up to several business days, as each ticket is assigned and addressed in the order it is received. Depending on the issue raised, resolving a ticket may require longer time towards resolution. Rest assured that once the Support team assigns your ticket, they will assist you.
