Need a Safe Way to Split Selected Contacts from a VCF File

I have a vCard file with many contacts, but I do not want to split all of them. I only need some selected contacts as separate VCF files. Is there any method or Windows tool that can preview the contacts first and then split only the required contacts without changing the original VCF data?
