CKA Final Attempt Disrupted by PSI Bridge 503/500 Server Errors — Ticket TCCS-177183 Unassigned

I took my CKA attempt yesterday (June 15, 2026) and was completely disconnected by PSI Bridge server errors after completing 12 of 16 questions, with approximately 38 minutes still remaining. The errors I received were:

"Error response not ok - 503 Service Unavailable getting data"
"Error response not ok - 500 Internal Server Error getting data"

I was unable to reconnect despite multiple attempts. My result came back as 64% and just 2% short of the 66% passing mark.

I contacted PSI support immediately and they confirmed their dev team is actively investigating this issue (PSI reference tickets: POA-165688 and POA-165692). I have also raised a support ticket with Linux Foundation (TCCS-177183) with screenshots, but it has been unassigned for over 24 hours with no response yet.

Since this was my final attempt, and the failure to complete the remaining 4 questions was entirely due to a confirmed platform-side error, I am requesting a retake.

    Hi @madhavdhatrak,

We are very sorry to hear about your experience.

Please note that support tickets are reviewed and addressed in the order they are received, and response times may take a few business days. Rest assured that the Customer Support team will review your case, including the information and evidence you provided, and will follow up with you directly.

Unfortunately, the team monitoring these forums is unable to investigate or resolve exam-related issues, as the forums are intended for course-related questions rather than exam delivery or technical support matters.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while the Support team reviews your case.

    Best regards,
    Magda
