Getting error message You are not eligible for any tests. Please contact your program sponsor, i am take cks and kcna this week and when try to take kcsa give me this error i open ticket 2 days ago but there is no response!

    If you have opened a ticket, someone from the Customer Support team will be in touch soon to address the issue. Response times can take several business days, so please be patient.

    I opened a support ticket three days ago, but so far no one has been assigned to it or contacted me. Could you please check on its status?
