Can Outlook 2021 export PST contacts directly to VCF format?

I am currently working with a PST file in Outlook 2021 that contains a large number of contacts. I need to export these contacts into VCF (vCard) format so they can be easily imported into other platforms like smartphones or different email clients. However, I am not sure if Outlook 2021 provides a direct option to export PST contacts to VCF files in bulk, or if it only allows exporting contacts one by one. Has anyone here tried exporting contacts from a PST file to VCF format directly in Outlook 2021? If so, what is the best method to do it?
