    It can be hard to import PST to Gmail on a Mac because Gmail doesn't support PST files directly. Setting up Outlook with IMAP by hand might take a long time and cause emails to go missing, attachments to break, or folder structures to get lost. When I had to move my PST emails to Gmail, I had the same problem.
