Title: Ticket TCCS-167940 – Urgent: Exam eligibility expiring, ticket still unassigned

Hi,
I submitted a support ticket (TCCS-167940) requesting a one-time extension for my CKA+CKAD+CKS bundle eligibility, which is about to expire (or may have already expired by now).

It has been several days and the ticket is still unassigned. I submitted the request before the expiration date, but I'm concerned it won't be reviewed in time.

Could someone please help escalate this ticket?
