CKS no schedule option for Retake

I have taken CKS exam on Feb23 rd, 2026. I claimed my retake and when I try to schedule for my retake there was no option to reschedule the exam . One year certification for taking exam is going to expire on March 2nd . I have submitted ticket from past two days it’s opened state and no support assigned to look into it . There is no priority for jira tickets high or medium or low to make priority high .

    It sounds like you have already opened a ticket with with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org. Tickets are assigned in the order they are recieved and response times can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays). Please be assured that the Customer Support Team will be in touch to address your issue, so please be patient.
