How to Convert Multiple VCF Files to CSV at Once?

Hi everyone, I have over 500 contacts in different vCard (.vcf) files. Is there any easy way to bulk convert them into a single CSV file without losing any data? I tried some tools but they lost details.

  • I had a similar problem and tried GainTools Address Book Manager, which solved it perfectly. It supports bulk export vCard to CSV without losing details, so it is ideal for large contact lists. It exports vCards of versions 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0, so it is compatible with Gmail, Outlook, iPhone, and Android. It is extremely easy to use, and it supports all Windows versions. I also tried the free demo first. This VCF to CSV converter keeps data safe and speeds up the process. Highly recommended.

It keeps all your contact details—like names, phone numbers, emails, and company info—intact while allowing smooth migration across devices, email clients, and platforms. The tool is easy to use, fast, and perfect for both beginners and professionals who want a simple way to manage, transfer, and back up their contacts.

  • Converting 500 VCF files can be a real hassle, especially when some tools miss details.

  • I recently had a bunch of contacts saved in a CSV file (exported from Excel and Outlook), but I needed them in VCF (vCard) format so I could import them into my phone and other apps. I tried a few free online tools, but most had file size limits or messed up the formatting — especially when multiple contacts were involved.

After some searching and testing, I found a really solid solution BitRecover vCard Converter and it worked flawlessly.

  • To convert multiple VCF files to CSV at once, the most efficient method is using the DRS VCF to CSV Converter Tool, which features an "Add Folder" option specifically designed for batch processing. This allows you to upload an entire directory of individual vCards and merge them into a single, organized CSV spreadsheet in one click, rather than handling them one by one. The software automatically aligns the different data fields—such as names, multiple phone numbers, and email addresses—into uniform columns, ensuring that even large databases remain consistent and readable.

  • If you need to convert multiple VCF files to CSV at once, the easiest way is to use a tool with batch conversion support. With the manual methods, you are normally forced to export a file at a time. This is frustrating when you are handling dozens or hundreds of contacts.
I have done this using the WholeClear VCF to CSV Converter. It also allows an offline conversion, and it does support batch conversion features that may be used for the selection of multiple vCard files for conversion into a clean CSV file. The software guarantees that the correct information is kept safe, like the name, phone number, email, company, or address.
The software supports all Windows and vCard versions, and you just load any of your contact files, choose CSV as output, and click convert. If you’re dealing with bulk data, a dedicated batch converter honestly saves a lot of time and avoids formatting issues.

  • You can use the SysInfo VCF to CSV Converter to convert multiple VCF files to CSV at once.
