I’m looking for some guidance regarding my CKS exam retake

I purchased my CKS exam only a few months ago, and according to my understanding, my exam eligibility remains valid until the end of 2026.

However, after missing my scheduled attempt (due to an incorrect understanding of the scheduled date), the retake option is currently not available in my dashboard.

Given that the exam purchase is still within the validity period and includes a retake opportunity, I would like clarification on why the retake button has not appeared and how this can be resolved.

Could the Linux Foundation team please confirm the status of my retake eligibility and advise on the next steps?

    If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. They do not monitor the forum, as it is meant to be used exclusively for course content related questions. Please note that response time may take up to several business days (weekends and holidays are not included).
