Do Android/iPhone Support Excel to vCard Conversion Natively?

I have a contacts list saved in an Excel file (XLS/XLSX) with multiple fields like name, phone number, email, and address. I want to import these contacts into both Android and iPhone devices. My question is, do Android or iPhone support direct (native) conversion of Excel files to vCard (VCF) format? Or is there any option on these devices to import Excel contacts without converting them first? If native support is not available, what is the best and safest way to convert Excel contacts into vCard format so they can be imported on Android and iOS without data loss?
