PSI browser issues
Yesterday I had scheduled my cka exam. But PSI browser was very slow and out of all keyboard keys, only the "enter" key stopped working.
I connected with PSI support team three times, everytime I had same reply that they can't support on this. All they asked is to try rebooting system and router. The speed of internet was fine and I don't know how internet speed can block only one key. Nevertheless, I restarted both the system and the machine, but still the issue remained.
I lost 10-15 mins without even able to attempt one question and ultimately had to close the browser because without "enter" key, it is not possible to submit answers. The same keyboard, laptop works everywhere else. My ticket number with support team are, POA-68634, POA-68647, POA-68676 and ticket with LF is TCCS-165498.
Please help me reschedule the exam, my last date to take the first attempt is 29th January 2026, which is today.

Hi @hemant14j83
We apologize for the issues encountered during the exam and the inconvenience they have caused. Thank you for opening a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support Team. Once your ticket is assigned, they will work with you to reschedule the exam at a later date, including giving you an extension if that is needed.
One clarification that I'd like to add: Please be aware that all attempts must be scheduled and attempted by the expiration date (12 months from the purchase date or whatever the new extension date will be), not just the first attempt.
Regards,
Flavia
