    Hi @bnshyam

    The videos work. We do have rare instances where students report videos not working for them. What is your OS and what browser are you using? Have you tried using a different browser? If this does not resolve the issue, then it may be a firewall or your network provider blocking the videos.

    I'm on my personal computer. It's windows OS and running firefox browser.

    Have you tried using a different browser, like Chrome?
