Is there a reliable way to convert CSV contacts into VCF format for Android?

I​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌ tried several online tools to convert CSV to VCF, but most of them either changed the character converting or dropped contact details. Then I installed a CSV to vCard converter on my computer, and it worked perfectly. It converted 3,000 contacts into separate VCF files with the correct format. Later all the data were matched perfectly to Google Contacts. I have also used GainTools vCard to CSV Converter, which supports both import and export operations, thus making the transfer of data between devices much easier and more ​‍​‌‍​‍‌​‍​‌‍​‍‌accurate.
