Today, I've taken the CKS exam on my laptop and all the things are terrible. A thousand year of check-in time, the exam environment lagging and low response, and the most terrible the suck PSI 9.0.0 auto change my keyboard layout, and blocking me for interact the exam. I have raised with the proctor, after a next 200 years, a technical guy join my session and guide me to exit the PSI for change the key layout back to US then go back. When I go back, [edited by admin to remove inappropriate language], the 1000 kilometers of check-in line, and after the dinosaur are destroyed completely and the Ice Age rise. I can reach out my exam environment. But!!!!!!!! only 4 mins left for my exam. They DON'T pause my exam. I can only do 4/16 questions before the nightmare.

This is the second time I have issue with PSI. The first time was my CKA exam, which was PSI 8.4.0. This [edited by admin to remove inappropriate language] program have a great functionality that always pop-up "This action is not allow" but I already terminate all other process and pass the requirement check. Moreover, I can't chat with proctor due to the PSI unfocus the chat box after 1s when I click to it.
