    Hi @tunmin

    What OS and browser are you using to take this course? Have you tried different browsers? Are there any firewalls that may prevent the videos to load on your end?

    Hi @fcioanca

    Thank you for your response. The issue appears to have been temporary, as the videos are now loading correctly on my end. (I was running the latest Chrome on Windows 11 when it happened, just for your information.)
