CKAD Certification "renewal"- verification tool shows inactive and no Credly badge

My CKAD cert expired in Feb 2025...I took the test again (and passed), however when I check the certification verification tool based on the cert ID provided by the pass email from linux foundation, it says it's inactive. This must be a glitch, and I'm suspecting this is why I haven't received a Credly badge as well. Not sure if anyone else has experienced this. Is a fix available? Is the original Credly badge supposed to get an updated expiry to reflect, or is a new badge supposed to be issued altogether?

I've opened a support ticket with LF, haven't heard back yet. Feeling a bit sad and stressed about this, I had sent the cert to my office project manager and she pointed out the status when checking the verification tool.
