PSI Session closed unexpectedly and relaunch PSI again

I would like to report issues I experienced during my exam.
First of all, after I successfully passed the environment checks and reached the exam test screen, it unexpectedly returned to the environment check page again. This caused a delay in my exam time.Additionally during exam session, the PSI browser suddenly closed.During the technical issue, the first proctor did not pause the exam session. The exam session time was not added back for the troubleshooting time.
I opened ticket but no response.

    Hi @khinethuwin ,

    We are sorry that you had these unexpected delays during the exam. Opening a ticket with Customer Support Team was the correct response and they will be able to assist you. Someone from that team will be in touch with you soon. Tickets are addressed in the order they are received, so reponse times may take several business days (no weekends or holidays).

    Thank you for your response. I understand that tickets are handled in the order they are received. However, I haven’t received any update yet. Could you please check the status of my ticket (TCCS-159515) when possible?
    I appreciate your assistance.

    Hi @khinethuwin ,

    Response time depends on the number of tickets in the Support queue, as each ticket is addressed in the order it is received. Rest assured that once your ticket is assigned, the Support team will assist you. All exam-related questions must be directed to them, as forums are meant to be used exclusively for course content related questions.
