CKAD certification paused and can’t continue certification

Today that is 11/26/2025 I have taken ckad certification and proctor paused my exam and the as I cannot return back to exam and there ia hardly any support this is so frustrating and i can’t finish my certification. Worst customer service support, very frustrating

If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will assist you. Response time can take up to several business days (no weekends or holidays).
