Unable to take CKA test scheduled today because PSI can't connect to Twilio

As you know AWS us-east-1 went down causing major outages and one company suffering the most from outages is Twilio and wouldn't you know it PSI's secure browser does it network connectivity check through Twilio. Since it is unable to connect to Twilio the Practice Exam falsely assumes I am connecting with 0 kbps bandwidth and kicks me out. This is ridiculous. I don't have connectivity issues you guys have it. I am the only party involved who doesn't have connectivity issues in this conundrum but I am to suffer. What a joke PSI and this whole exam is.

    We apologize for the issues caused by the AWS outage. If you have not done so already, please open a ticket with the Linux Foundation Customer Support team at trainingsupport.linuxfoundation.org and they will help you reschedule the exam at a later time.

    I had the same problem. I hope I can get a new appointment soon; I've opened a ticket.
