Trouble keeping contact fields intact during CSV to VCF conversion – any solutions?

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying to move my contact list from a CSV file into a VCF format so I can use it on my phone and email. Every time I try a CSV to VCF conversion, I lose some fields like address or company name. I need all details to stay the same because these are my client records. I’ve tried a few online converters but none seem to maintain full accuracy. Does anyone know a safe way to keep every detail—like phone, email, and company info—intact during conversion? Any specific steps or tools you’d recommend?

Hy everyone, Some of my fields like company or address were disappearing during export. GainTools CSV to vCard Converter solved this by allowing field mapping before conversion. The Convert CSV to VCF process kept all contacts complete and formatted correctly. It's supports all Windows operating systems and also supports vCards version 2.1, 3.0 and 4.0. I try the free demo first, which ensured the mapping worked perfectly before processing the full list. This method preserves every detail without errors.
