How can I easily migrate Lotus Notes contacts to my phone?

I’m trying to move all my contacts from Lotus Notes to my mobile device. I heard about an NSF to VCF Converter that can help. Can anyone suggest the best way to convert NSF to VCF so that contacts work seamlessly? I also need a tool that can act as an NSF to vCard Converter for quick migration. Compatibility with all Windows versions and vCard formats like 2.0, 3.1, and 4.1 would be a plus. A free demo would be nice to test before buying.
